(More customer reviews)I initially gave the 3-in-1 potty a single star because it is poorly made. The rough-cut plastic hurts my son's bottom and the bowl is too small even for my skinny kiddo. Hence the original rating of 1-star.
However, I contacted the company and told them about the way it hurt my child and they replaced it with another first years product. That was great customer service, so I added a star to the product.
