(More customer reviews)These training pants are good for the price, but they are not as thick as the potty scotty/patty brand. Also they're different from other brands in that the center panel has a thin piece of foam inside vs. a thicker cotton panel. They work for us b/c our child is almost fully potty trained, just small leaks (which this product will hold). I don't recommend using thisovernight when larger accidents occur.
